Terms & Conditions – Re Leone Tanzania Safaris
1. Booking and Reservation:
To confirm a safari with Re Leone Tanzania Safaris, clients must pay a non-refundable deposit. Reservations are considered confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is typically due a specified number of days prior to the safari departure date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are subject to our refund structure based on the timing of notice. Clients are encouraged to review this policy carefully. The non-refundable deposit secures the reservation and covers organizational preparations.
3. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or evacuation expenses. Proof of coverage may be required prior to departure. Insurance is the responsibility of each participant.
4. Changes to Itinerary:
While we aim to follow the agreed itinerary, unforeseen events such as weather, political developments, or wildlife movements may require adjustments. Re Leone Tanzania Safaris reserves the right to modify the itinerary to ensure client safety while maintaining the quality of the safari experience.
5. Health Requirements:
Clients must meet the health requirements for their selected safari, including vaccinations and other medical considerations. It is the responsibility of each participant to consult a healthcare provider and comply with health guidelines.
6. Travel Documents:
Clients must possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, as required by the countries visited. While Re Leone Tanzania Safaris provides guidance, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client.
7. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, and the environment. This includes following park regulations, instructions from guides, and practicing responsible and sustainable tourism.
8. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, Re Leone Tanzania Safaris reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a safari without liability for compensation.
9. Liability Waiver:
Clients must sign a liability waiver prior to the safari, acknowledging the inherent risks of wildlife and adventure activities and releasing Re Leone Tanzania Safaris from liability for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the trip.
10. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to arbitration according to agreed legal procedures, avoiding formal court proceedings.
Clients are encouraged to read and understand these terms fully before confirming a safari booking with Re Leone Tanzania Safaris.
